About ASEC 2020

The Annual Systems Engineering Conference is the UK’s premier Systems Engineering event, attracting a wide range of industry, academic, and government professionals.

This event gives a platform for our presenters and practitioners to provide engaging content as they explore the theme ‘The Challenges of Contemporary Systems Engineering’ .

INCOSE UK hosted its first ASEC in 2010. Now in its 12th year, the two-day conference has evolved and adapted to become the UK’s flagship Systems Engineering conference. In the face of current challenges, INCOSE UK has opted to take this year’s event virtual.

Venue and Dates

This year's ASEC will take place virtually. The presentations will be streamed live on 17th and 18th November 2020 with access to portal remaining open to delegates until mid December.

Registered delegates will receive their log-in credentials and user guide for the virtual portal from the beginning of November 2020 in preparation for the event.

Theme

The theme for ASEC 2020 is The Challenges of Contemporary Systems Engineering. Within this, we intend to explore the following subthemes:

2. Developing new competencies
3. Evolving current practices
4. Exploiting emerging technologies and techniques
